Four BAFTA Craft nominations for Drama Republic shows

 

Drama Republic is absolutely thrilled that Doctor Foster and An Inspector Calls have both been recognised in nominations for the British Academy Television Craft Awards 2016.

In the Director: Fiction category, Aisling Walsh has been nominated for her helming of An Inspector Calls – Drama Republic’s much-praised BBC One adaptation of JB Priestley’s classic play. Editor Alex Mackie’s work on the same show has also been recognised in the Editing: Fiction category.

Drama Republic’s BBC One hit show Doctor Foster also received two nominations. Creator and writer of the show Mike Bartlett has been nominated in the Writer: Drama category. While the sound design of the show was also recognised – with Stuart Hilliker, Jim Goddard, Billy Quinn and Tom Deane nominated in the Sound: Fiction category.

The BAFTA Craft winners will be announced at a ceremony held on 24th April 2016.
